The public molecular data contains millions of human and mouse samples that span diverse interventions, perturbations, tissues, and time points. These datasets were collected over decades and were rarely analyzed through the lens of biological age, which hindered the systematic mining of aging interventions.

To solve it, we developed ClockBase Agent.

ClockBase Agent is an AI system that autonomously discovers treatments that can modify biological aging. By analyzing nearly 2 million human and mouse molecular profiles, the system identified thousands of age-modifying interventions previously overlooked by traditional research methods.
